Being on autoship (which is a Back Up order of at least 30 BV) insures you never lose your accumulated business volume since your enrollment date or future commission checks. If any accumulated business volume since your enrollment date or future commission checks is ever lost because of not meeting a sales quota of at least 30 BV per month, which is by your enrollment date each month, then they can never be regained. A declined online ACH Electronic draft payment for an autoship or an IBO failure to meet a 30 BV monthly sales quota will initiate a courtesy email giving you 72 hours to reactivate your autoship using Electronic Draft or you will lose all accumulated business volume since your enrollment date and all future commission checks. Lost BV or commission checks cannot be regained.
Renewals: An IBO is renewed every 90 days on the enrollment date if 90 BV (average of 30 BV per month) has been personally purchased or sold. All non-renewals are no longer qualified and deleted if 90 days enrollment date renewal is not met.
An IBO’s earned title will never be lost, however you can fall out of qualification, so building a strong healthy business is the key. “Earned Title” never changes, but your “Qualification Title” which determines your commission benefits can if you don’t maintain the BV requirements/sales quotas. Always strive to do more than the minimum, so you can earn the maximum!
There is no fee, charge or required purchase to participate in any phase of the BPI Worldwide, Inc. marketing plan. Advancement through any phase of the marketing plan will be accomplished strictly by you and your sales team retailing product.
Independent Business Owner (IBO)
Qualifications to earn commissions: Completes an online application for free or purchases an optional Sales Aid Kit for $29, which is the complete replicating web site with the Online Retail Store and fully integrated Back Office (total of 20 features). The free IBO receives the same benefits as stated below, except for a very limited Back Office (only 10 features), with only the following pages: Auto ship, Update My Profile, Advanced Placement, Update My Check Info, View Order History, Order Product, Manage My Customers, New Enrollment, Message Center and Customer Service. Note: The free IBO can purchase the $29 fully integrated Back Office at any time in their back office.
Note: Retail Customers (non-distributors) can purchase products from the online Retail Store.
Benefits:
- Receives a replicating web site with an online Retail Store and fully integrated Back Office with 20 features. Note: Free IBO receives only 10 features..
- Purchases products at wholesale and sells at retail.

Junior Manager
An IBO who purchases an optional $99 Fast Start Retail Product Pack (30 BV) on the day of sign up or accumulates 200 cumulative personal BV. Note: BV from the down line begins accumulating for a Junior Manager. Also, personal BV from products personally bought or sold and BV from products sold to Retail Customers via the online Retail Store begin counting on your weak side for a Jr. Manager.
Qualifications to earn 3% Binary commissions:
- Optional autoship of 30 BV or personally buy 30 BV with a personal online product order in the back office or sell 30 BV with an Online Retail Store purchase from a non-distributor by your enrollment date each month.
- Sells two optional Fast Start Retail Product Packs with 1 on the right and 1 on the left who each maintain an autoship or personally buy or sell 30 BV each month.
- Meets a sales quota of 600 BV, with at least 200 BV on one side.
- Maintains 5 retail customers (non distributors) in your back office in the Manage My Customers section who have bought 70% of all products purchased from BPI Worldwide, Inc.
Note: It always takes one more sale after meeting these 4 qualifications before you earn binary commission for the first time.
Benefits:
- Earns 3% Binary on increments of 600 BV, with at least 200 BV on one side (no flushing for an active IBO). Maximum pay out in the Binary is $1,000 per week.
- Earns a maximum Fast Start Retail Bonus of $30 from selling any of the Fast Start Retail Product Packs and Upgrade Packs. The differentials roll up to the qualified upline in the line of sponsorship until the entire Fast Start Retail Bonus is paid out.
Manager
An IBO who purchases an optional $299 Fast Start Retail Product Pack (100 BV) on the day of sign up or accumulates 500 cumulative personal BV or a Jr. Manager who purchases a $200 Upgrade Pack.
Qualifications to earn 5% Binary commissions:
- Optional autoship of 30 BV or personally buy 30 BV with a personal online product order in the back office or sell 30 BV with an Online Retail Store purchase from a non-distributor by your enrollment date each month.
- Sells two optional $299 and/or $499 Fast Start Retail Product Packs with 1 on the right and 1 on the left who each maintain an autoship or personally buy or sell 30 BV each month.
- Meets a sales quota of 600 BV, with at least 200 BV on one side.
- Maintains 5 retail customers (non distributors) in your back office in the Manage My Customers section who have bought 70% of all products purchased from BPI Worldwide, Inc.
Note: It always takes one more sale after meeting these 4 qualifications before you earn binary commission for the first time.
Benefits:
- Earns 5% Binary on increments of 600 BV, with at least 200 BV on one side (no flushing for an active IBO). Maximum pay out in the Binary is $2,000 per week.

Area Manager
An IBO who buys an optional $499 Fast Start Retail Product Pack (200 BV) on the day of sign up or accumulates 1,000 cumulative personal BV or a Manager who purchases a $200 Upgrade Pack.Qualified Area Manager - Qualifications to earn 6% Binary commissions:
- Optional autoship of 30 BV or personally buy 30 BV with a personal online product order in the back office or sell 30 BV with an Online Retail Store purchase from a non-distributor by your enrollment date each month.
- Maintains 5 retail customers (non distributors) in your back office in the Manage My Customers section who have bought 70% of all products purchased from BPI Worldwide, Inc.
- Sells two optional $499 Fast Start Retail Product Packs with 1 on the right and 1 on the left who each maintain an autoship or personally buy or sell 30 in Business Volume (BV).
- Meets a sales quota of 600 BV, with at least 200 BV on one side.
Note: It always takes one more sale after meeting these 4 qualifications before you earn binary commission for the first time.
Benefits:
- Earns 6% Binary on increments of 600 BV, with at least 200 BV on one side (no flushing for an active IBO). Maximum pay out in the Binary is $2,000 per day.
- Earns a maximum Fast Start Retail Bonus of $200 from selling any of the Fast Start Retail Product Packs and Upgrade Packs. There are no differentials because the Area Manager earns the maximum Fast Start Retail Bonus available on any Fast Start Retail Product Packs.
Regional Manager
Qualifications:
- Optional autoship of 30 BV or personally buy 30 BV with a personal online product order in the back office or sell 30 BV with an Online Retail Store purchase from a non-distributor by your enrollment date each month.
- Maintains 5 retail customers (non distributors) in your back office in the Manage My Customers section who have bought 70% of all products purchased from BPI Worldwide, Inc.
- Creates 5 personally introduced Qualified Area Manager sales quotas, with at least 1 on one side and 4 on the other side.
Note: It always takes one more sale after meeting these 4 qualifications before you become a Regional Manager.
Benefits:
- Earns the same as an Area Manager plus.
- Earns the 25% Matching Bonus on all personally sponsored people on what they earn daily in the Binary.
Vice President
Qualifications:
- Optional autoship of 30 BV or personally buy 30 BV with a personal online product order in the back office or sell 30 BV with an Online Retail Store purchase from a non-distributor by your enrollment date each month. (BV) with an Online Retail Store purchase from a non-distributor by the enrollment date each month.
- Maintains 10 retail customers (non distributors) in your back office in the Manage My Customers section who have bought 70% of all products purchased from BPI Worldwide, Inc.
- Creates 10 personally introduced Qualified Area Manager sales quotas, with at least 2 on one side and 8 on the other side.
Note: It always takes one more sale after meeting these 4 qualifications before you become a Vice President.
Benefits:
- Earns the same as a Regional Manager plus.
- Earns the prestigious 50% Matching Bonus on all personally sponsored people on what they earn daily in the Binary.
Senior Vice President
Qualifications:
- Optional autoship of 30 BV or personally buy 30 BV with a personal online product order in the back office or sell 30 BV with an Online Retail Store purchase from a non-distributor by your enrollment date each month.
- Maintains 10 retail customers (non distributors) in your back office in the Manage My Customers section who have bought 70% of all products purchased from BPI Worldwide, Inc.
- Creates 5 Qualified Regional Managers with 1 of the 5 in the lesser sales channel. Note: These 5 do NOT have to be personally sponsored Regional Managers.
Note: It always takes one more sale after meeting these 3 qualifications before you become a Senior Vice President.

National Marketing Director
Qualifications:

Note: It always takes one more sale after meeting these 3 qualifications before you become a National Marketing Director.

- Maintains 10 retail customers (non distributors) in your back office in the Manage My Customers section who have bought 70% of all products purchased from BPI Worldwide, Inc.
- Creates 10 Qualified Vice Presidents with 2 of the 10 in the lesser sales channel. Note: These 10 do NOT have to be personally sponsored Vice Presidents.
Note: It always takes one more sale after meeting these 3 qualifications before you become an International Marketing Director.
Benefits:
- Earns the same as a National Marketing Director plus…
- Participates in a monthly corporate leadership bonus of *1% of the worldwide net sales after maintaining a Qualified International Marketing Director sales quota for 2 consecutive months. .
- Receives $5,000 per month luxury house payment after maintaining a Qualified International Marketing Director sales quota for 2 consecutive months.
*65% Cap On Pay Out:
Our compensation plan has been designed so perfectly to pay out the maximum amount that whenever we achieve the 65% payout for a pay period, then the 6% binary commission and monthly corporate leadership bonuses of 1% will be adjusted accordingly to keep it within the 65% payout, so the company always remains solvent. At any time, the company at its discretion can lower the payout to wherever it needs to be to keep the company solvent.
All income is calculated daily at 12:00 Midnight (PST), 7 days a week. 12:01 AM (PST) starts a new business day. A pay period is from 12:01 AM (PST) Monday – 12:00 PM (PST) Sunday. Commission checks are mailed on Fridays. You can monitor the growth of your check each day from your back office.
Extra Notes:
The 25% and 50% Matching Bonuses always go to the sponsor of your original position, therefore, the sponsor of your original position must sponsor any additional positions you acquire, including a spouse’s position. If you have more than one position (personal or business); then the Matching Bonuses always go to the sponsor of your original position. This prevents people from earning Matching Bonuses on themselves, which would destroy the integrity of the Matching Bonus.
Additional information about the Optional Autoship Program - (Back Up Order)
1. The company will automatically process your Electronic Draft one calendar month from your enrollment date and every month thereafter on your enrollment date.
2. You may cancel the optional autoship program at any time by notifying the company in writing with a signature to insure it is the correct person making the request:

3. In summary, upon enrollment you will have the option to be set up a Back Up (30 BV) order (autoship) that will activate on the same date next month and each month thereafter if you have not personally purchased 30 BV from your back office or have a retail customer who has purchased 30 BV from your Online Retail Store on your web site. This Back Up order (autoship) insures you will always receive your commissions and retain your accumulated volume.
Autoship or 30 BV per month requirement is tied to being able to continue to accumulate business volume and receive any Binary Commission and Matching Bonus checks. If accumulated business volume since your enrollment date or future commission checks is ever lost because of not meeting a sales quota of at least 30 BV per month, which is by your enrollment date each month, then they can never be regained. (The Fast Start Bonuses and retail commissions are not tied to the autoship or 30 BV per month requirement.)
Every new distributor’s first 30 days is a grace period that they are considered QUALIFIED. If on the enrollment date of the following month they are not on autoship or have not purchased 30 BV or sold 30 BV in their retail Store or their payment for autoship is declined and their back up payment for autoship that they can submit from their back office at any time (even upon enrollment) is declined, they will be emailed and given 72 hours to re-submit new payment for their autoship, make a 30 BV purchase or sell 30 BV in retail Store to remain active and maintain accumulated business volume. If they don’t respond within 72 hours, they will NOT BE QUALIFIED until they do so. During the time period of NOT being qualified they will not continue to accumulate business volume, all accumulated business volume since their enrollment date will be lost and all future Binary Commissions and Matching Bonus checks will be lost as well.

If Bio MPG/ Emission Improver can be shown by a certified mechanic to have damaged any internal combustion engine, BPI Worldwide Inc, will replace the damaged parts of the engine free of charge.
